1) I noticed that you have not entered a test registration yet. Please do so. The best way for you to see how the forms operate is to actually use them. Please go to
select Registration from the navigation bar on the left.
Any URL with "dev.rpdesign.com" is on our development server and should be tested thoroughly by you before your site is moved to www.littleleaguecheshire.com
2) Data import into Access - go to your registration admin :

with username:littleleague and password: cheshire
and select "Download in MS Excel format"
i.) Open the CSV file in MS Excel
ii.) Highlight all rows with data and Copy them into the clipboard.
iii.) Open the Access DB , click on "Tables" from the left menu, then locate the "tblRegistrations" and double-click to open the table of records.
iv.) Go to the very last record which should be blank, highlight it, right-click and Paste the new records.
3) Listmail
We have imported your Access names and email addresses into our listmail.

Under Address Book there is a Browse button to attach a tab separated text file which can be exported from the registrations table in Access. Note: Access will ask for the delimiter and "tab" has to be specified.
We set up some groups. You can set up any additional grouping that you need (such as Board Member).
Please note: This is NOT a test site. E-mails will actually be sent if you click 'send'. When testing this, be sure to select only your own email address!
4) Calendar
You can see a sample by clicking on "calendar" on your home page or click here.
The Calendar "search" box allows users to filter for events containing specific words. So if you always include a team's name in the event title, that event will show up during the search.
You enter calendar events under the "Calendar" tab in listmail as described above.
5) regarding your question: The Lake Norman soccer league is not using our calendar, they are only using our registration form. We are still waiting for their Wachovia account information, so their revised registration form is still under development. They maintain their own site entirely by themselves at www.lakenormansoccer.com. We do not recommend the way they have designed their site.
Their registration looks the same as yours. You are better off testing your demo and giving us feedback from yours.
